Lorenzo McDuffie leads from contemplative and spiritual depth that gives us meaning to change the world we live in for the common good. As a dialogue practitioner, Lorenzo facilitates opportunities for organizations and communities with conflict and fragmentation through understanding, self-awareness, and active participation. Lorenzo encountered dialogue as a necessary practice while working in federal health care centers in Washington, California, and Georgia between community outreach workers and clinical providers and staff. He primarily served indigent populations impacted by HIV/AIDS, Black Infant Health, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health as a health educator, prevention specialist, case manager, treatment adherence counselor, and public health analyst. He currently works with higher education and faith based institutions in response to student rights and racial justice. Lorenzo holds a B.A. in Philosophy and African American Studies from Saint Louis University and a M.A. in Transformational Leadership from Seattle University.
