Melissa Collins is a skilled and compassionate coach. Melissa has been coaching in the areas of wellness, relationships, life transition, and health behavior change for over 10 years and is experienced in carrying out facilitated dialogue with executive and management teams.
Melissa is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Positive Intelligence (PQ) Mental Fitness Foundational Coach. She holds Whole Person Coach and Trauma-Informed certifications and applies evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing and cognitive-behavioral interventions to her coaching practice. Melissa holds a BFA in drama from New York University.
Based in Los Angeles, Melissa is actively involved in yoga, Vipassana meditation, surfing, scuba diving, photography, and herbology. She values green living, support of the planet and its inhabitants, volunteering, compassion, and the quest for self-knowledge.
