Team Dialogue Coaching

Teams are coached in the development and use of dialogue skills to address adaptive issues so that new learning and collective meaning can emerge. Our skilled coaches guide teams in identifying their adaptive challenge, or growing edge of development, and a vision for meeting that challenge. This process allows teams to inquire into discord and bravely move through it, transforming team communication and inspiring change. Wellness Consultation

With pressures in the midst of a work-centric culture, how do you ensure your own well-being isn’t being compromised? Everyone needs time for reflection and sometimes we need new tools for taking better care of ourselves.

Under the direction of Teddy Gardner, Whole Health Educator, Transforming Communication is dedicated to mind and body practices that are foundational to health, ultimately, reducing stress, enhancing inner peace, and leadership effectiveness. Processes include:

Implementation Science

Our work at Transforming Communication adheres to implementation science, the use of scientific methods to scale up evidence-based practices in human service sectors. Our team of coaches can assist your organization in enabling your context by enhancing team dynamics, choosing well-suited evidence-based practices, and implementing those practices with fidelity to achieve desired outcomes.
